Nya takes a look back at how she became a Ninja. It’s a tale of epic fights, dangerous creatures, friends and incredible lessons.

But the adventure isn’t quite over yet it seems...^[1]

Nya goes through numerous images depicting her journey as a ninja, including events of the release of the Serpentine, the Battle of New Ninjago City, the Ghost invasion, the alternate timeline, Harumi fighting Lloyd before the Fall of Ninjago City, the Great Flood, and the Final prophecy of Quanish the Elder, before zooming into one final image depicting a large serpent fighting a four-headed dragon.

The scenes recreated in this short are:
- An original scene with Jay, Kai and Zane training at the Monastery of Spinjitzu while Wu and Nya in her Samurai X suit watch from the roof. This scene represents all of the Pilot episodes and Season 1: Rise of the Snakes.
- Kai giving up the Fangblade to save Lloyd in "The Green Ninja."
  - This scene shows Jay and Wu as the ones holding Garmadon back from going after Lloyd even though it was Zane and Cole in the episode.
- Lloyd hugging Pythor in "Never Trust a Snake."
- Zane's battle with the Overlord and his death in "The Titanium Ninja."
- Cole turning into a ghost in "The Temple on Haunted Hill."
- Lloyd battling Morro in Stiix in "Curseworld, Part I" and Nya unlocking her True Potential in "Curseworld, Part II."

- Lloyd and Garmadon in their Oni Forms, battling the Overlord with Harumi hiding away in "Roots."
The last two images depict:
- The ninja, Ras, Cinder, and Jordana hanging out in the Monastery of Spinjitzu.
- A battle from Ninjago Legends: Duskfall depicting the battle between the Great Devourer and the Ultra Dragon.
Several quotes are called back to by Nya:
- She describes Cole as the "rip-off-the-old-bandage type," referencing the latter's line in "Into the Breach."
- She states she is like a "tall glass of water," which she first said in "On a Wish and a Prayer."
- When describing Jay, she refers to him as her "acquired taste, Jay." This calls back to her line in "The Jade Princess."
- Nya says "these stories end the same way, with their defeat!" This calls back to Wu's line when fighting the Overlord in "Brave But Foolish."
- She repeats the First Spinjitzu Master's line from "Endings:" "...endings are never really endings, only new beginnings."

Errors

Kai saving Lloyd from the Fire Temple is put before Lloyd meeting Pythor, whereas all the other events in the video are in chronological order.
Wyplash appears in the Fire Temple during the retrieval of the Fangblade from "The Green Ninja" although it was the Serpentine who was there at the time.
Fangtom is in the Anacondrai Tomb when Pythor and Lloyd stole candy in "Never Trust a Snake" despite the fact that he never visited the tomb.
