Overview
Jordana is a former assistant to Dr. LaRow and Sora's former self-proclaimed rival, who was then recruited by Ras on behalf of his master for efforts in extracting energy from a Source Dragon, becoming a general of the Wolf Clan. During her time as a general of the Wolf Clan, she began practicing Theroxian magic.
Jordana joined Ras in his mission to release the Forbidden Five, specifically focused on the Ritual of the Blood Moon, where Jordana opened a portal to the Nether-Space, enabling the liberation of one of the Forbidden Five. But before Bonzle succeeded in closing the portal, Rox's soul managed to escape the Nether-Space and took refuge in Jordana's body, Rox was possessing the latter without anyone knowing except Nokt.
Jordana's body was used for dragon hunting and manipulation of Ras and the ninja during the Tournament of the Sources. Rox put a plan into action to free the rest of the Forbidden Five. However, Jordana managed to fight Rox's possession and slip cryptic algebraic notes to Sora and the two indirectly reconciled. She managed to learn Rox's evil intentions as a consequence of the possession. After being freed from Rox's possession, Jordana let Nya and Zane escape from Rox's grasp at the end of the Tournament of the Sources and went off to parts unknown.
History
History[]
Background[]
Jordana as a child
Jordana was once a student in Mr. Koenig's class and participated in a science fair. Jordana created a volcano model for her project, but Ana's Photac stood out as the best among all the projects, including Jordana's. This made Jordana resent Ana, who was admired by everyone for her project and even received an offer to join the Advanced Systems Lab. After Ana rejected working with Dr. LaRow at the lab, Jordana took her place.[1]
Dragons Rising, Season 1[]
I Will Be the Danger[]
After getting thanked by Dr. LaRow, Jordana started walking away while looking at a device.
The Calm Inside[]
Jordana and Dr. LaRow with Sora and Arin
Dr. LaRow and Jordana were brought in to extract Riyu's dragon power. Jordana installed a tube on Riyu's cage and control panel to prepare the extraction. Before they could start, however, the dragons began to attack the Imperium Palace. Jordana soon caught Arin and Sora trying to free Riyu from his cage, so she knocked them both down to the floor. Recognizing Ana, who now went by Sora, after the dragon, Jordana expressed satisfaction, stating that they could finally put an end to their rivalry. Sora was puzzled since she did not recognize Jordana, which angered her. Jordana then saw Arin attempting to contact Lloyd using his communicator, and as a result, she took both his and Sora's communicators and destroyed them.
The Battle of the Second Monastery[]
Fighting Arin and Sora
As Arin and Sora were held prisoner, Jordana saw how Dr. LaRow had once considered Sora to be her top student. This revelation upset Jordana deeply. Suddenly, the other ninja arrived to help free the dragons. Arin and Sora then saw an opportunity to retaliate against Dr. LaRow and Jordana. Despite LaRow giving up, Jordana refused to back down, and took LaRow's Imperium Sword and shot at Sora. She claimed that Sora couldn't escape from her grasp. Sora was confused by Jordana's hostility, prompting Jordana to explain that she used to be Sora's classmate and always wanted to best her since the science fair. Despite Jordana's explanation, Sora still failed to recognize her beyond a vague belief that her red hair had been a different colour during their mutual studies, infuriating Jordana as she continued to attack Sora, believing it would make her remember her. Arin and Sora were able to avoid Jordana's attacks and used the sword to cut their handcuffs. They also managed to defeat Jordana, who left the Imperium Palace just as Ras arrived to deal with the ninja students.
Absolute Power[]
Jordana volunteering to drain the Source Dragon of Energy
After Dr. LaRow said that they wouldn't have been summoned to the throne room if it wasn't important, Jordana stated that she was ready to serve the Empress in any way she could. With Dr. LaRow looking at her, Jordana also stated that she would be ready to serve her as well. After the meeting, Jordana set up a target for the MergeQuake Weapon to be used on using a portrait of Lloyd, which she had doodled on beforehand, asking the Empress if it was to her liking. The Empress responded to her by saying it could look a little more weak, but was suitable for the test. After the testing of the weapon when it was discovered the core Rapton handed in was a fake, Dr. LaRow refused to drain the Source Dragon's energy to make a substitute. Without hesitating, Jordana stated that she could do it, saying that she had studied the Source Dragon and found flaws in Dr. LaRow's methods, telling the Empress that she could accomplish what the Empress wanted. The Empress agreed and told her to do it.
We Are All Dragons[]
Jordana and her team draining the Source Dragon
While starting test number seven, Jordana stated that the adjustments should have been able to drain the Source Dragon's energy. Confident to show Dr. LaRow that she could drain a Source Dragon's energy, she started the test. Unfortunately, this caused the system to overload, forcing Jordana to stop the system. Hearing all the commotion, Dr. LaRow walked over, telling her that she had warned her. With LaRow telling her the desire to compete with Sora was pathetic, Jordana ordered two Imperium guards to take her away, and ordered the other scientists to remove the safety protocol and increase the yield to 400 percent. After successfully draining the dragon's energy, she called Beatrix to pick up the last core made of dragon energy.
The Power Within[]
Jordana being recruited by Lord Ras
As Jordana made her way out of Imperium, her mind was consumed with deep contemplation. She couldn't help but compare herself to Sora, feeling inadequate in comparison. However, Ras intervened and assured Jordana that she had the potential to surpass Sora. He disclosed to her that she was the only one who had successfully drained the immense power of Source Dragon of Energy. Doubtful, Jordana confessed that her actions had nearly brought about the destruction of the realms. Ras swiftly shifted the blame onto the ninja, asserting that their interference was the cause. He comforted Jordana, assuring her that his master had devised alternative plans. Initially, Jordana assumed that Ras was referring to Beatrix, but he clarified that he had only used her to hunt the seven Source Dragons. Ras explained that his true Master was impressed with Jordana's abilities, which could be useful in fulfilling their ultimate plan. Ras asked Jordana whether she possessed the untamed power of the Source Dragon. In response, she revealed a container brimming with the raw essence of the formidable energy. Ras explained that by harnessing it, they would gain access to forbidden knowledge and become invincible. Initially hesitant, Jordana eventually agreed to join forces with Ras, embracing his audacious scheme.
Dragons Rising, Season 2[]
The Blood Moon[]
Jordana and Ras in the Shadow Dojo
While trekking through the Wyldness, Jordana expressed she had no idea about how big the realm really was. Soon after, she and Ras came across the Shadow Dojo, where Ras used the energy Jordana had collected to open the front door, head inside, and find the Gong of Shattering. While inside the dojo, Jordana tried to read some scrolls, but was unable to as they were written in Theroxian. While Ras told Jordana that they would learn all of the "ancient secrets" described in the scrolls through patience, they were both met up by Cinder. Jordana watched as Cinder had returned from stealing the Mallet of Shattering from All-Realm Antiques Emporium.
Shattered Dreams[]
After taking over the Cloud Kingdom, Jordana followed Ras to the archives so they could find scrolls about the Blood Moon. After the ninja came to save the Cloud Kingdom, Jordana stayed with Ras on a rooftop, shouting at Sora and getting angry because she still could not remember her.
Beyond the Phantasm Cave[]
Studying Theroxian scrolls
Jordana was engrossed in studying Theroxian scrolls when Cinder, who was practicing Shatterpin, revealed that he was becoming Ras' favorite and claimed that there could only be one second-in-command. This revelation infuriated Jordana. In that moment, she noticed Euphrasia, who was being held captive, and took the opportunity to insult her. Jordana pointed out that Euphrasia's Wind powers were rendered useless due to the Vengestone medallion that had been stored in the archives. She belittled Euphrasia, comparing her to the ninja.
Jordana with Ras and Cinder
Jordana later approached Ras and disclosed her knowledge of the spell to free the Forbidden Five, obtained through her crystal ball, indicating that Bonzle could be found in the Land of Lost Things. Impressed by Jordana's expertise in Theroxian magic, Ras decided they should depart for the Land of Lost Things promptly. Jordana took the chance to taunt Cinder by echoing his previous remarks about there only being one second-in-command. The trio proceeded to the motor room, where Jordana informed Ras that the Writers of Destiny had not used it for centuries.
Force From the East[]
After coming to the Land of Lost Things, Jordana successfully removed the boundary spell from the land so they could kindnap Bonzle, although she was annoyed by the ninja's interference. Then she watched the whole showdown beneath them with Lord Ras until Bonzle and the Finders escaped through the portal gate.
The Spell at the Waterfall[]
After Bonzle's escape, Jordana was tasked by Ras to track her down again using the crystal ball. While Ras came checking on her, he was summoned by his master who gave new orders to all of them.
Secrets of the Wyldness[]
Jordana using her crystal ball
Using her crystal ball, Jordana successfully located the ninja and informed Ras that they were heading towards the Wyldness. Ras urgently instructed Jordana to stop the ninja to ensure they would not disrupt the Ritual of the Blood Moon. However, Jordana hesitated as she was situated in the Cloud Kingdom while the ninja were far away. She proposed the idea of sending more Wolf Mask Warriors to intercept them. Ras, however, insisted that Jordana employ Theroxian magic instead. Jordana, being a scientist and still in the early stages of learning Theroxian magic, argued against it. She expressed her concerns, but Ras dismissed them, emphasizing that there was no room for failure. Reluctantly, Jordana summoned a powerful storm, causing the Destiny's Bounty to crash down, effectively halting the ninja's progress.
Later, Jordana arrived in the magical storagehouse, where she trapped Cole, Zane, and Gandalaria in an Imperium electro cage before taking a recently sealed Bonzle away, thanks to her recent learning on Theroxian Magic, briefly losing her temper when Zane did not recognize her and Cole had never met her, before she left them all.
The Forest of Spirits[]
Being punished by Ras for failing to bring him the spell
Toying around with Bonzle before putting her in her buggy, Jordana mocked her current form. She was soon ambushed by Arin and Riyu, the former not recognizing her, to her frustration, and was thrown out. Jordana returned to the temple, warning Ras about what had happened, leading to him reprimanding her before going after Arin and Riyu himself, leaving Jordana behind to be teased by Cinder. She eventually watched as Ras brought Bonzle back.
Rising Ninja[]
Jordana and Ras performing the ritual
As the Ritual of the Blood Moon commenced, Jordana voiced her apprehensions regarding the enchantments, underscoring the nature of Ras' accurate articulation for the spell to succeed. Ras, however, brushed aside her concerns and instead questioned her readiness to reverse the binding spell that would liberate the Forbidden Five. With a weary sigh, Jordana affirmed her capability to maintain control over the spell. Ras cautioned her against any further errors before he began to recite the incantation, while Jordana channeled her Theroxian magic. Amidst the chaos of battle between the ninja and the Wolf Clan, Jordana directed her Theroxian magic toward Bonzle, reverting her to her spell form. With the binding spell successfully undone, Jordana opened a portal to the Nether-Space.
Rox taking control of Jordana
As the conflict raged on, Nokt was liberated when Ras sent Kai tumbling into the portal. Nevertheless, Bonzle began to resist Jordana's control, attempting to seal the portal to prevent the remaining members of the Forbidden Five from escaping. While the ninja managed to stop the Wolf Clan from acquiring additional sacrifices, Bonzle ultimately succeeded in closing the portal, causing Jordana to fall. However, just before the portal shut completely, Rox, without anyone noticing, reached out and separated her soul from her body, latching onto Jordana. By the time Ras' master had the Wolf Clan retreat, Rox had fully taken control of Jordana.
They Gather for the Feast[]
During the welcome banquet for the Tournament of the Sources, Jordana briefly regained control from Rox's possession and tried to warn Sora for help. However, Rox quickly took hold of Jordana again before she could say anything.
Clues and Suspects[]
Following Sora's match against Frak, Jordana managed to once again retake her body from Rox's control, using her willpower to write down a cipher in the form of an Imperian math equation and discreetly pass it on to Sora.
Elements of Betrayal[]
When Rox using her body tried to stop Nya, Cole, and Zane, Jordana managed to retake control of her body and told the ninja to escape. However, she was quickly overtaken by Rox again.
After Nokt freed the rest of the Forbidden Five from the Nether-Space, Rox's soul finally left Jordana's body. She said to the ninja that she was aware of her evil thoughts and plans, then undid the static spell Rox had just performed on the ninja. After that, she fled the City of Temples into parts unknown.
Appearance
Appearance[]
Jordana is a teenage Imperian woman with the Advanced Systems Lab markings on her right cheek. She has small black eyebrows and long dark red hair worn in a high ponytail with a big flowing fringe parted to the left while still living in Imperium. However, as a child, she did not have any markings, her hair was styled in short bob cut, and she wore a black and gold Imperian uniform with a gold symbol on the left side.
As a scientist, her outfit consisted of a gray uniform with gold and black detailing over which she wore a long white lab coat with gold detailing and badges. When she decided to leave Imperium, she wore a black and gold Imperian robe with gray shoulder pads and a black hood to hide her identity.
After joining Ras and the Wolf Clan, Jordana started wearing a new haircut, similar to the previous one but her fringe became smaller, parted to the right, and more curled. Her outfit was a Wolf Clan general uniform that was also worn by Cinder. It consisted of dark blue, gray, and azure armor parts bearing the Wolf Clan’s symbol on her chest as well as a purple cloth that has “Wolf Moon” written in blue in Ninjargon and a gray fur collar split in the mockery of shoulder pads. During the Tournament of the Sources, Jordana, possessed by Rox, wore a gray gorget with a shoulder pad of the same color on the right shoulder and three large blue claws on the left over a gunmetal gray armor-like suit with red and dark orange technological parts, a dark purple and light gray sash-like belt with red symbols, gray teeth-like beads held by a dark purple cord on her left hip, and a red version of the Wolf Clan symbol.
Personality
Personality[]
Jordana draining the Source Dragon at all cost
As a child, Jordana was interested in science and wanted to join Dr. LaRow's Advanced Systems Lab, but she was completely overshadowed by Ana, later known as Sora, and her talents. Frustrated, Jordana blamed Ana for her misfortune and began fantasizing that Ana was doing it on purpose to hurt her, claiming she was her nemesis. Ana was, however, not even truly aware of Jordana's existence.
Jordana threatened by Ras because of her failure
After Sora left Imperium, Jordana quickly took her place in the Advanced Systems Lab, where she worked under Dr. LaRow, although she still desperately needed approval and appreciation from someone. Because she received none, she remained focused on her hatred for Sora, and when Beatrix needed someone to drain the Source Dragon of Energy, Jordana stood in LaRow's place and risked everything for success.
After Beatrix's defeat, Jordana decided to leave Imperium but was stopped by Ras, who praised her for doing everything right despite her belief that she had made mistakes. Jordana, pleased by someone's appreciation, decided to follow Ras and join the Wolf Clan. During her training under Ras, Jordana was determined to please her master by learning Theroxian Magic and defeating her new rival, Cinder, in becoming Ras' favorite. Due to her constant need to prove her own worth, Jordana pushed past her limits during the Ritual of the Blood Moon, unintentionally becoming possessed by the spirit of a member of the Forbidden Five, Rox.
Possessed Jordana trying to regain control and call Sora for help
During the Tournament of the Sources, Jordana's body became a puppet of Rox, and she could only watch the world around her. Sometimes, however, she managed to regain control of her body for a short while, which she used to pass notes to Sora, the only person who could notice something was wrong. At one point, Sora even came to Jordana and apologized for her past actions that might have hurt her, although Jordana could not say anything back. After Nokt released the rest of the Five, Rox's spirit finally left Jordana's body. Afraid of the Five's plans, she revealed her change of heart. After that, she quietly slipped away and left the City of Temples, abandoning Ras and everyone she had ever known.

Allies
Allies[]
Beatrix (formerly)[]
Jordana offering her help to Beatrix.
Jordana, similar to numerous Imperians, held Empress Beatrix in high regard. However, when Dr. LaRow declined to harness energy from the Source Dragon of Energy for a fourth Dragon Core, Jordana promptly stepped in and took on the task, which Beatrix ultimately approved, resulting in the creation of a new core. Following the MergeQuake Storm, when Ras indicated that his master had further intentions of conquering the Merged Realms, Jordana mistakenly assumed that Beatrix was the master and disregarded these plans.
Dr. LaRow (formerly)[]
- “I warned you. Your pathetic desire to compete with Ana has caused you to bite off more than you can chew.”
- “Ugh. Don't ever say that name to me, Dr. LaRow.”
- “Ana doesn't even know who you are. You can't do this. Admit it.”
- “Guards! Get her out of my sight!”

Dr. LaRow and Jordana
Originally, Jordana served Dr. LaRow with loyalty helping her in the lab dreaming that one day her actions will impress the doctor. However, her actions was quickly mocked after LaRow saying the desire to trying to compete with Sora is pathetic. In rage, Jordana ordered Imperium Guards to take her away. Before that, Jordana had lacked loyalty to her mentor by taking her place to carry out the project of Beatrix when LaRow refused. She revealed with arrogance that she found flaws in Dr. LaRow's methods. She therefore did not hesitate to break away from her and to take her place to serve the Empress when the moment presented itself.
Ras (formerly)[]
Ras and Jordana
- “Ugh, you're nothing but a failure, Jordana. You'll never be as good as that cursed Ana.”
- “No. You'll be better.”
— Jordana and Ras, "The Power Within"
Although it is not known what her relationship with Ras was before he was stripped of his title, he wasted no time in recruiting Jordana for her efforts in draining the Source Dragon on behalf of his master, which she accepted. During her time with Ras, Jordana begun to learn magic from him until they came across the Shadow Dojo, where the saved Source Dragon essence opened it. Despite being nervous of his plans, she still showed support for him, believing it would mean proving herself better than Sora. Jordana often disappointed and angered Ras because of her failures, for example when she failed to capture Bonzle and then to release all the Forbidden Five. However, she remained a trustworthy person in Ras eyes, to whom he continued to confide about his plans, notably during the Tournament of the Sources, being unaware Jordana was possessed by Rox at this time.
Cinder (rival; formerly)[]
Cinder and Jordana
When Jordana initially encountered Cinder while attempting to read the Theroxian scrolls, she was suspicious and believed it to be a trap. However, Ras assured her that Cinder was just another recruit of the Wolf Clan. After their meeting, Jordana was jealous of Cinder's skills when he brought the Mallet of Shattering to Ras and defeated the ninja in the Cloud Kingdom. When Cinder boasted about becoming Ras' second-in-command, Jordana became angry and their rivalry escalated. Once Jordana discovered the whereabouts of Bonzle, she took the opportunity to taunt Cinder by echoing his previous remarks about there only being one second-in-command.
Despite their ongoing rivalry, both Jordana and Cinder appeared confused after Ras had a conversation with his master. After failing to capture Bonzle, Jordana became furious when Cinder once again taunted her for her failures. Their rivalry ended after Jordana parted ways leaving Cinder in a vengestone cage in the City of Temples.
Enemies
Enemies[]
Ninja (brief allies)[]
Jordana harbors intense animosity towards the ninja because of their association with Sora, and this animosity stems from Beatrix's determination to eliminate the ninja following the Battle of the Second Monastery.
After being freed from Rox's possession and realizing what she did wrong, she briefly aided them so they could stop Nokt and Rox.
Arin[]
- “I thought it was you! Sorry, I can't remember your name.”
- “I hate you ninja, so much!”
— Arin and Jordana, "The Forest of Spirits"
Jordana has a negative relationship with Arin as shown by her not hesitating to attack him when he was handcuffed and more prominently by her getting increasingly angry with him when he tried (and succeeded) to steal her car while she was delivering a trapped Bonzle to the Ritual of the Blood Moon.
Sora (rival; formerly)[]
Sora apologizing to Jordana
During her formative years, Jordana held a deep-seated resentment and envy towards Sora, as the latter's project, the Photac, was recognized as the most exceptional among all the science fair entries. Upon learning that Sora had been granted a position in the Advanced Systems Lab due to her project, Jordana made a personal commitment to surpass Sora in all aspects, beginning with securing her own place in the Advanced Systems Lab.
Years later, Jordana met Sora again and boasted that they could finally settle the score by defeating her. However, Jordana discovered that Sora had no recollection of her, further fueling her anger.
A year later, she met up again and Sora only remembered her as the girl from her class. Throughout her time, Jordana remained hostile towards her and the Ninja until she failed to release most of the Forbidden Five.
After her possession by Rox, much of her rivalry with Sora seems to have faded away entirely. When she can resist Rox's control for only a few seconds, Jordana seeks out help from Sora. She also informs her of the location of the Dragon Ivory, belonging to the fallen Dragon Patriarch and Matriarchs, through a note with an Imperium math equation.
Once freed from Rox's control over her body, it is unknown how Jordana feels about Sora, after fleeing from the City of Temples. It's possible she might have put their differences aside.
Bonzle[]
- “Settle down, little spell. I don't think what you've been doing playing person with your fake family, but I know your true purpose. You're a spell that can bridge our world with Nether-Space.”
- “Please, no. I don't want to be just a spell again.”
- “Like you have a choice. You should thank us. We're helping you to do what you were created to.”
— Bonzle and Jordana, "The Forest of Spirits"
Jordana controlling Bonzle inside the protective container
Upon learning about Bonzle, Jordana immediately identified her as the powerful spell responsible for banishing the Forbidden Five. Determined to capture her, Jordana dispatched numerous wolf warriors to bring Bonzle to justice. She also searched for her on her own.
After a successful capture, Jordana mocked Bonzle for her decision of "playing person" with her fake family and asserts Bonzle's true purpose of being a spell, acting as a gateway between the Merged Realms and Nether-Space. It appears she sees her as a mere tool, believing Bonzle's desires to be a person is laughable.
As the ritual was about to commence, Jordana was reprimanded by Ras for her inability to capture Bonzle, after her encounter with Arin and Riyu. After finally apprehending Bonzle, she coerced Bonzle to utilize her magic in order to liberate the Forbidden Five from their confinement in Nether-Space. Unfortunately, Jordana's endeavors were only partially fruitful, as she managed to release only Nokt before Bonzle intervened and sealed the portal, thereby preventing the majority of the Forbidden Five from escaping to the Merged Realms.
Jordana trapping Gandalaria, Cole, and Zane in an Imperium force field
Gandalaria[]
Jordana seems to not hold Gandalaria in much respect. She corrupts Gandalaria's magic to take Bonzle, even calling her magic "poultry'' and simple to corrupt even for someone just learning like her.
Rox[]
Rox possessing Jordana
While she was a general of the Wolf Clan alongside Cinder, Jordana was well aware of the Forbidden Five's existence, despite not knowing them or Rox personally. Her goal was to keep the portal open during the Ritual of the Blood Moon, waiting for all of them to escape through the portal she had opened. At the cost of Kai's sacrifice, Nokt was able to escape the Nether-Space before Bonzle managed to shut down the portal. But unbeknownst to both the ninja and the Wolf Clan at that time, Rox’s soul had managed to escape before the gate closes, taking possession of Jordana's body. Rox therefore started to control her remotely from the Nether-Space.
For the following days, Jordana, was constantly fighting Rox inside her mind to regain control of her body (which she managed to do a few times before being controlled again).
She managed to break free from her control when Rox regained her body and was freed by Nokt, she was still shook from what she had experienced inside her mind, and deeply hates Rox for it. She was also frightened by her evil plans, realizing what she had been doing all this time is wrong, and accepted to briefly aid the ninja so they could go stop her and Nokt.
