Council of the Merged Lands

The Council of the Merged Lands is the official governing body and peace organization representing the Merged Lands. All former realms have a representative and are a part of this organization with the only exceptions being the Land of Eternal Dawn and Land of Monsters.

Prior to Monster in the Monastery[]

Not long after the Loyalist assault, Percival Tartigrade, the senator of Imperium believed that all lands should live together in peace and so decided to form a council with a representative from each land, including himself. When crime was reportedly reduced in Ninjago City thanks to the Ninja, Percival chose to host the Summit of the Merged Lands there.

It is unclear how the council operates when many of the realms lack a central governing body.
- Additionally, Percival mentions providing mutual aid to each other but most of the realms appear to be self sufficient.
Despite the Council of the Merged Lands having a representative from each of the 16 lands that compose the Merged Lands, they only gather fourteen of them, with the only lands not having a representative being the Land of Monsters (due to being only inhabited by monsters) and the Land of Eternal Dawn (the most remote and least known of the lands).
Lloyd was originally supposed to represent Ninjago, but due to his absence, Wyldfyre (elected interim leader of the ninja) took his place, with her then passing it over to Frohicky.
