Plot
Plot[]
Gayle Gossip reports live from the Old Town Courthouse in Ninjago City, introducing the historic Summit of the Merged Lands. Citizens share mixed feelings about the other lands, while podcaster Intelligent George and social media users spark conspiracy theories regarding masked intruders and robotic attacks in the city. Percival Tartigrade, the newly elected leader of Imperium, delivers a speech emphasizing unity, shared resources, and mutual protection across all merged lands following Empress Beatrix's defeat. Frak, Euphrasia, and Arin express deep concern over General Cryptor, the Loyalists, and the looming "Operation Mentax". Wyldfyre dismisses their worries, finding the formal event boring. Frak notes Sora's absence, prompting Arin to confess that Sora is angry with him. He admits of accused her parents of being secret Loyalist allies of Beatrix and convinced Sora to confront them. Frak advises that bad parenting doesn't automatically equal secret criminal activity, and Arin regrets his actions as Sora stops answering his calls. Zeatrix joins the young Ninja, reporting a quiet perimeter. She warns that if an attack occurs during this fragile moment of peace, it could lead to total tragedy. Unknown to the group, the Loyalists set up Operation Mentax in secret. Watching Percival's broadcast, General Cryptor targets Zeatrix on his screen, declaring that the merged lands will fall today before hailing the "good empress".
In the Security Room, Zeatrix monitors surveillance footage while she used the electronic device to swipe view of Rogue, Lobbo, Kreel, and Beatrix. Listening to Percival’s speech, she muses on her late father and expresses disgust over how Beatrix became a pawn for Ras's ambition. When the new Ninja arrive, Zeatrix promises to maintain surveillance while delegates arrive. Arin and Frak confirm that Riyu and the team are taking up lookout spots across the area. Zeatrix warns that Loyalist infiltrators could be anyone, even familiar faces. Sora arrives late and outlines the plan: Zeatrix, Euphrasia, and Arin on watch, while she stays inside with Frak and Wyldfyre. Sora suggests leaving someone behind to protect Zeatrix as Empress Beatrix's sister, but Zeatrix firmly declines, insisting she can protect herself. Wyldfyre rallies the group with a team cheer, and everyone places their hands in before heading out. As they disperse, Arin attempts to apologize to Sora, but she coldly cuts him off stating that their mission is the only reason she is even speaking to him.
Outside the Old Town Courthouse, Roby and Percival wait impatiently for the final representative. Meanwhile, Wyldfyre blunt-forces her way into Sora’s personal life, asking if she punched Arin for his accusations. Morro arrives at the courthouse, with Sora recognizing him as the delegate representing the Spectral Lands. Roby shakes his hand and guides him inside. Sora points out that a strange land they previously encountered sent no representative at all. Percival notes that no one knows what land that was and assumes it must be part of another territory. The crowd cheers as key representatives gather, including the Crag-Nor, Tyr, and Pontifex Magicus with his Wizards Guard. However, Percival notices that Ninjago’s delegate, Lloyd is missing. Sora explains he is away on a mission, leaving Percival worried about Ninjago's representation and asking who second-in-command is.
