History[]

Background[]

Scutter was one of the scorpions living in the Gorge of Eternal Depth. When Laval dropped the Crocodile Tribe's Chi into the gorge, Scutter and other creatures in the cavern evolved due to the exposure. This led Scutter and the Crawlers to develop a strong desire for Chi, prompting them to plot to steal all the Chi in Chima and capture many Legend Beasts along the way.^[1] During an escape attempt by Crominus and Crunket, Scutter's mistake allowed Crunket to get away, while Crominus was taken by the Scorpion Tribe.^[2] Subsequently, the Scorpions used their venom to control the Raven Legend Beast, instructing it to steal Lavertus' Golden Chi to create a statue of their false idol, the Great Scorpion, whom Scorm suspected had given the Chi to the Crawlers.^[3]

Stamping Stomper[]

Brutish Scutter is a Scorpion Stomper- a Scorpion soldier who walks on six large legs. Stompers are immensely strong and powerful, but do not possess much in the way of brains. When King Scorm issues a threat, Scutter is the one to carry it out.^[5]
