    • Water - The rush of a river or spread of a puddle, Water is dynamic and adaptable, able to change its shape to fit any vessel.[4]
    • Time - Like sand through the hourglass, the Flow of Time is constant.[5]
    • Wind - Whether twisting a leaf or migrating a storm, Wind whips about the air, unpredictable and unending.[6]
    • Smoke - Smoke rises and spreads, hard to control, harder to contain.[7]
    • Form - A body in flux, even your idea of self refuses to be static. Be anyone from moment to moment.[8]
  • Flow is the only Source where all of its currently known elements were introduced in the original series.
  • With the existence of Wind and Water[12] Dragons, Flow is the only Source that has two Elements used by regular Dragons, with the other Sources having only one each.
