His minifigure uses a white version of Ras' head mold.
Additionally, he is the first known tiger to be neither black nor orange.
He bears a resemblance to Battle Beast from Invincible, as both are white felines with orange eyes who wield maces.
Zilvar was the subject of a hoax wherein an Ecuadorian man named Bruno Arias claimed to news outlets that he had designed the character as part of a global internet contest conducted by Lego and Wildbrain.^[2]^[3] Arias claimed to have found the contest on Reddit, however no records of such a contest exist on the site. His claims were disproved when Lee Chi Wing stated that Zilvar was actually designed by Lego graphic designer Renato Rangel Esper.^[4]
