Lion Legend Beast

Overview

The Lion Legend Beast, nicknamed Chomps by Lavertus, is one of the eight Legend Beasts. It was later captured by the Scorpion Tribe and imprisoned underneath their fortress until Laval rescued it by teaching it to swim. It later defended the Lion Temple from the Hunters.

History

History[]

Its first appearance was in The Great Story, where it saved Laval from drowning near Forever Rock. It later brought Laval back to the Lion City to stop the battle. Afterwards, the Lion Legend Beast left.

It was later captured by the Scorpion Tribe and imprisoned underneath their fortress by surrounding it with a pool of water, as no Lion, not even the Legend Beast, can swim.

In This May Sting a Bit, Laval rescued it by using his "Inner CHI" and learning to swim, then teaching the Legend Beast to swim. Its appearances in the first two seasons were Episode 2 and Episode 26. It later appears in Season Three multiple times, usually in the background, but sometimes prominently, such as when Laval gave Li'Ella a ride on its back.

Physical Description

Physical Description[]

The Lion Legend Beast is a large quadrupedal lion. It is large enough to allow several people to ride on its back. In season 1, the Lion Legend Beast had nougat coloured fur and a brown mane. In Season 2, its fur is more orange and its mane is red to more closely resemble Laval. It later gains golden armor on its ankles, hip and neck, as well as a golden crown to protect against the dangerous nature of the Outlands.
