History[]

Background[]

Sora (born Ana), often wished her parents would be proud of her as they neglected her because of her prodigal mind. However, when her invention, the Photac, won at her school's science fair, they start to warm up to her before they all meet Dr. LaRow, who offers Ana a job at the Advanced Systems Lab. However, when Ana, who instantly grew attached to Sora, who was a dragon powering the city, and refused to help in the Claws of Imperium's plan to capture more dragons, her parents, upon being informed by Dr. LaRow, went back to neglecting her, going as far as not letting her out of her room, except for school, and confiscating her work bench, demanding she finds a new interest. Eventually, when the Merge occurred, Ana ran away from home, leaving the two to believe she abandoned them.

Sora's parents watch Beatrix's false speech about the escaped dragons recapture.

Sora's parents see their daughter broadcast her speech on the holo-screen, surprising them.

The Power Within[]

Sora's parents emerge onto the streets, where they spot her in the confusion of Imperians running for shelter as MergeQuake rifts were drawing some in. They eventually find her amidst the chaos and try to get her to come to them instead of helping out the ninja, to the point they refuse to believe the truth about Beatrix's true evil nature. Even when Sora angrily pointed out that the video that she broadcasted is actual proof that Beatrix is truly evil and that everyone else in Imperium have understood the truth, her parents angrily refused to accept this by claiming that the video is a fake, believing that Beatrix would never do that. Annoyed and angered at their egotism, Sora rightfully proclaimed she had a new family and had abandoned her real name in favor of her own, therefore achieving her true potential for her elemental power, shocking the two.

Later, after the MergeQuake Storm, they look at a photo of themselves and Sora as a kid, frowning from her disowning them while watching Percival Tartigrade's speech about plans of forming a council.

Dragons Rising, Season 4[]

Prior to Birthright[]

With Beatrix defeated and believing that Imperium has fallen, Sora's parents aligned themselves with the Loyalists to assist Beatrix in her quest to reclaim the former kingdom. They either remained within the City of Imperium to support the cause from within or went undercover in an external organization to help find the Weapon of Desolation.

Birthright[]

Sora's parents participated in the Battle of Imperium and after the defeat and incarceration of Beatrix, LaRow, and the several Loyalists, Sora's parents managed to evade arrest, making them some of the very few, if not the only, Loyalists to do so. They concealed themselves from the crowd, taking off and hiding their Loyalist masks before blending in. They later arrived at the Monastery of Spinjitzu, much to Sora's suprise.
