Cycles are a cosmic phenomenon that is tied to a timeline of the Realms. There were many previous iterations of the Elemental Master of Life in previous cycles.

Chaos Reigns[]

Following the departure of the Source Dragons of Strength, Focus and Life from the Council of Sources, the Source Dragons of Energy, Motion and Flow discussed the fate of the Merged Lands. The Source Dragon of Flow stated that the absence of the other sources could lead to the end of the current cycle, but the Source Dragon of Motion said that it could also be the end of all cycles.
