Shane Poettcker has been a director for Ninjago since the eleventh season. He also directed episodes for Ninjago: Dragons Rising. Alongside Rich Johnson, he was nominated for the Leo Award for Best Direction in an Animation Series in 2022 for his work on the episode "The Turn of the Tide", and won the award in 2024 for the episode "Land of Lost Things".[1][2]
