Zeatrix Vespasian-Orus is the current Elemental Master of Shockwave, Levo's daughter, and Beatrix's older twin sister. She was the next-in-line for the throne until Beatrix overthrew her. She was later a competitor of the Tournament of the Sources, alongside the other Elemental Masters of her generation before being banished from the city as a result of her match against Lloyd.

Zeatrix was the elder twin daughter of her father, Levo, and was followed closely by her sister, Beatrix. Being the firstborn from a few minutes, Zeatrix inherited her father's Elemental Power, Shockwave, and is the rightful heir to the throne. Unfortunately, as Zeatrix showcased her abilities, Beatrix couldn't help but feel inadequate and constantly ridiculed by her sister.

Years later, Zeatrix was with Levo and Beatrix when Ras arrived in Imperium to discuss utilizing a Source Dragon to power the kingdom. However, Levo dismissed the idea, doubting their existence. When Ras revealed the sinister intentions behind capturing the Source Dragon and insulted Levo, Zeatrix used her Elemental Powers to kick him out, earning praise from Levo. A few days later, Beatrix and Ras plotted to assassinate Levo by sabotaging his hover chariot, causing it to explode and crash, resulting in his instant death and making it appear as an accident. Zeatrix, who had planned to take the throne as promised, found herself surrounded by Imperium Guards. With the help of Ras, they apprehended her under the pretense of treason.^[2] As punishment, she was banished from the Kingdom of Imperium and eventually began planning her revenge on Beatrix.^[3]

Zeatrix was drinking tea in Ninjago City when she noticed Spirit Dragons carrying an invite to the Tournament of the Sources towards her.

They Gather for the Feast[]

Zeatrix arrived at the feast, angered at being blackballed before meeting the ninja and expressed her frustration about them robbing her of her chance to overthrow Beatrix. Later, Zeatrix encountered Ras and questioned about his presence in the Tournament of the Sources since Ras wasn't an elemental master. After Ras answered it was because of his league of elemental masters, Zeatrix expressed her suspicions and told Ras that she knew that he conspired with her sister to kill their father and wanted Ras to have a similar fate. Zeatrix soon turned back to Roby telling him if there are any more oversights, he'll pay personally.

Truth and Lies[]

Zeatrix faced Euphrasia during the tournament and won, effectively gaining her Wind powers. After showcasing her newly won power, Zeatrix stepped up towards Ras and warned him of the future she had in store for him.

The Sword Shatters[]

As the tournament progressed, Zeatrix fought against Mord and Algu, defeating both without much effort and gaining their accumulated powers. Later that night, Roby announced a surprise final match of the day between Lloyd and Zeatrix.

During their battle, Zeatrix managed to fight against Lloyd to a stalemate. Their battle was briefly delayed when their main Elemental Powers clashed and broke the platform they were fighting on. Upon its repair, they resume the fight with Zeatrix using the sword. However, Lloyd, using the power of Size he won from Geo and a mallet, defeats Zeatrix by knocking her off the platform. However, Zeatrix, enraged gets flies back to on the platform and strikes Lloyd when he had his back turned, knocking him off the platform. She was soon arrested by the Security Bots as a result.

After her dirty tactic to defeat Lloyd, Zeatrix was disqualified and banned from all future tournaments as consequences. When it came to having her powers extracted for Lloyd, she tries to apologize but Wyldfyre mocks and insults her causing her to lose her temper and to attack the Ninja, only for Roby to extract her powers and have her banished from the city. She was then dragged out by Security Bots. However, Zeatrix's tactic inadvertently left Lloyd at a disadvantage as he was forced to withdraw from his battle against Nokt a few seconds in.

Zeatrix got her power back when Roby returned all the Elemental Powers to their rightful owners.

After the Tournament of the Sources[]

Dragon Rescue![]

Seeking for revenge on Ras, Zeatrix and some loyal Imperium Guards relocated to the Storm Farms and captured three dragons, who as it turned out were Jiro, Zanth and Heatwave. Zeatrix started torturing them so they will obey her and destroy Ras. However, Jiro escaped, and with the help of the ninja, the dragons were freed. Jiro's Lightning caused an explosion, which led to Zeatrix fleeing away.

Zeatrix arrived at the meeting place where she saw a bounty hunter drop in. Zeatrix asked if he was followed, which Rogue said if she knew that she wouldn’t have ask him to come here which Zeatrix agreed. Rogue asked what she wanted and she showed him a picture of her target, Ras. Rogue told her that delivering people is a lot more expensive than delivering items, which Zeatrix says that she has a lot of resources and shows him a bag full of money. While thinking, Zeatrix said she could pay him five times his regular fee, which Rogue accepted.

Lloyd envisions Zeatrix raising the Yellow Prismatic Blade high and throws it down, resulting in it shattering.

The Sword Shatters[]

Arin included Zeatrix in his roster of potential culprits responsible for the murder of the three Arc Dragons and the theft of their Crowns of Horns. Lloyd proposed that Zeatrix might indeed be the perpetrator, pointing out that the Kingdom of Imperium used to rely on dragon power. He reasoned that if Zeatrix had the horns, she would certainly know how to use them effectively.

Zeatrix is a young woman with an almost identical appearance to that of her twin sister. She has thicker black eyebrows and prominent narrow lips, she also has Imperium markings on her face, specifically several golden lines coming from her left eye and covering the entire left side of her head. Her hairstyle is more classic than her sister's, as her long white hair reaches down to her shoulders on either side of her head.

Much like Beatrix, her outfit consists of black and gold armor (minus the shoulder pads), over which she wears a dark red gown with gold trim and markings. In the middle of her chest, she has an orange glowing orb.

Following her banishment, Zeatrix took on a hairstyle similar to Beatrix, which made the former mistaken for her sister.

Shockwave - As the Elemental Master of Shockwave, Zeatrix possesses the ability to create, shape, and manipulate shockwaves.
Elemental Powers (briefly) - With enough skill, Zeatrix was able to use the Elemental Powers she won during the Tournament of the Sources, such as Wind, Figment, Sound, and Surface Tension.
Combat - Zeatrix is very formidable in combat. She managed to match Lloyd in their battle in "The Sword Shatters" and defeat other Elemental Masters as well.

Unlike the Time Twins, only she was able to be an Elemental Master while her sister is a normal human since the Time Twins' Elemental Power, Time, can be shared among twins while Zeatrix's power, Shockwave, cannot.
In her young design, she uses a white version of Captain Carter's hair piece, introduced in the LEGO Marvel Studios Minifigures Series.
She is the fourth princess in Ninjago, after Harumi, Vania, and Beatrix.
According to Beatrix, she was Levo's favorite daughter, which can be clearly seen from the fact that he almost always seems to ignore Beatrix.
- This claim is very similar to when Garmadon said something similar to Wu in "Weapons of Destiny" about how he was the favorite son of their father instead of Garmadon.
She shares the same voice actress as her twin sister Beatrix, Nicole Oliver.
She is the second known Elemental Master to be descended from a royal bloodline, the first one being her father Levo and the third one being Zur.
The Finnish version of The Epic Dragon Rescue! incorrectly refers to Zeatrix as the Master of Quake instead of Shockwave.
- Coincidentally, both elements are of the same source.
