Draconus Form,[1] also referred to as Dragon Form,[2] is a powerful ability that represents a ninja's True Form.[3]

  • Humanoid Dragon Physiology - Users of Draconus Form become humanoid dragons.
    • Enhanced Strength - The Draconus form grants its user enhanced strength as seen with Lloyd when he easily defeated the Elemental Monsters, sometimes with even only a single blow.
    • Flight - Users of Draconus Form are able to fly due to the wings that manifested during the process.
      • Enhanced Speed - Thanks to its wings, the Draconus Form allows the user to travel at high speed, allowing them to catch their enemies off guard.
    • Enhanced Durability/Endurance - The Draconus Form grants the user extremely great durability as shown when Lloyd survived numerous blows and elemental attacks from several monsters all at once.
      • Stamina Enhancement - Draconus Form also greatly enhances the user’s stamina as seen when Lloyd fought Beatrix and the Elemental Monsters all at once for a long period of time without showing any signs of fatigue until he was briefly overpowered.
    • Claw Retraction - As seen with Lloyd, users of Draconus Form are able to retract their claws.
    • Wing Barriers - Users of Draconus Form are able to use their wings as shields to protect themselves from attacks.
  • Voice Manipulation - The Draconus Form makes the user's voice deeper.
  • Power Bestowal - As seen in "Birthright", users of the Draconus Form can grant other Elemental Masters the ability to tap into their own Draconus Form.
  • Power Restoration - As seen with Lloyd, users of Draconus Form appear to be able to restore the powers of Elemental Masters.
  • Enhanced Elemental Powers - Users of Draconus Form have their Elemental Powers heavily enhanced.

  • They share similarities to the Dragon Form, though the relation between the two is currently unknown.
    • However, Dragon Form could only be accessed by those who have one of the four elements of Creation or dragon blood,[4] while Draconus Form doesn't appear to have the same restriction.
      • This change can be seen because Nya is the Master of Water, and Water is not one of the four main elements of creation, yet she has no problem accessing the Draconus Form like the others.
    • When Nya, Kai, Jay, and Zane unlock theirs thanks to Lloyd, the transformation sequence is similar to that of the Dragon Form transformation scene. This is even more evident due to the backgrounds looking similar.
  • This ability marks the first time the dragon energy-powered face first featured with the Merge gi is seen onscreen.
  • The claws that are featured in promotional material and in the show didn't end up in the sets.
    • However, they can be seen in some of the set prototypes.[5]
  • Cole is the only one not to transform during the Battle of Imperium, but he gets the form off-screen.
  • Lloyd is the only Elemental Master of Life to have unlocked this ability.[6]
